Claude

Packs and playbooks. Create a Project, add the playbook file to the project's knowledge, and paste the pack's instructions into the project instructions. Start a new chat in that project for each document.

Agent kits. Each kit includes a Claude skill as a zip file. Add it where your Claude plan lets you add skills, then start a chat and attach the document. The kit's Install and Use Guide lists the exact steps for each plan.

With the free Claude legal plugins. Anthropic publishes free legal plugins for Claude (the Claude for Legal repository), for Claude Cowork and Claude Code. Each plugin starts with a short interview that writes a practice profile. ProvisoIQ products work alongside them:

  1. When the plugin's interview asks for your positions, give it the ProvisoIQ playbook for that agreement type, and describe your team as it is (for example, one to three lawyers with no contract manager).
  2. Add the ProvisoIQ skill or pack instructions as well, so the review keeps ProvisoIQ's output table, the quote check and the review checklist.
  3. Run the ProvisoIQ test set once after setup and compare the result with the answer key. That tells you the combination works on your plan before you rely on it.

ChatGPT

Packs and playbooks. Create a Project, upload the playbook as a project file, and paste the pack's instructions into the project instructions. Turn off web search for review tasks, so the answer relies only on your document.

Agent kits. Each kit's ChatGPT folder holds the instructions and knowledge files. Use them in a Project, or in a custom GPT if your plan and workspace allow one.

Microsoft Copilot

In Word. Open the agreement in Word, open the Copilot pane, and paste the Copilot version of the prompt with the playbook text. Copilot works on the document that is open, so there is nothing to upload.

Agent kits. Each kit's Copilot folder holds the agent instructions and knowledge files, for the agent builder or Copilot Studio if your organization allows agents.

Gemini

Packs and playbooks. Create a Gem, paste the pack's instructions, and add the playbook as a file. In Google Workspace, the Gemini side panel in Docs works on the open document.

Agent kits. Use the Gemini folder's instructions and knowledge files in a Gem.

Word, with tracked changes

Contract work happens in Word, and most of it in tracked changes. Two ways to keep it there:

  1. Copilot in Word, or Claude for Microsoft 365 where your organization has it. Run the prompt on the open document, then apply the wording you accept with Track Changes on, so every change stays visible to the other side.
  2. Any chat tool. Run the review in the chat, then paste each accepted change into Word yourself with Track Changes on. ProvisoIQ prompts ask for the narrowest replacement wording and name the clause it replaces, so each accepted change can go straight into the document.

Whichever route you use, run the quote check in the product before you change the document. It confirms that every clause the AI quoted is really there, with the right section number.
